This is a UV irradiation device designed to efficiently and uniformly irradiate woodworking products.
This device aims to efficiently and uniformly irradiate workpieces conveyed by a conveyor with ultraviolet light (365nm). The irradiation chamber is equipped with four 4000W irradiators. The irradiators that house the lamps are equipped with special aluminum mirrors that efficiently reflect and focus ultraviolet light, and the irradiation distance can be adjusted within a range of 100 to 400mm. The conveying section uses a SUS net belt, and the conveying speed can accommodate up to a maximum of 20m/min.
